This Shipping Information page explains how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, flat-rate shipping fees, and delivery expectations.
1) Where We Ship
We currently ship to customers in the United States.

2) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)
We use a simple shipping fee structure:

Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order
This means your shipping cost does not change based on how many items you buy, as long as the order is shipped in a single shipment under the same destination.
3) Taxes

Sales Tax: 0% (No sales tax is collected at checkout.)
Any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local authorities (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. In most standard U.S. consumer orders, you should not expect additional fees at delivery, but local rules can vary.
4) Order Cutoff Time
To keep things predictable, we operate with a daily cutoff:

Orders placed before the cutoff are counted as Day 0 for processing.

Orders placed after the cutoff are counted as received on the next business day.
5) Order Processing Time (Preparation Time)
Processing time refers to the time needed to verify the order, prepare it for shipment, and hand it to the carrier.

Processing Time: 2–4 business days

Processing happens Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays).

If an item is unavailable or there is an issue with the order details, processing may take longer and we may contact you for clarification.

6) Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Shipping time refers to the carrier transit period after the package leaves our facility.

Transit time depends on the carrier network, destination, and seasonal volume.
7) Total Delivery Time
Your expected total delivery window is:

(2–4 business days processing + 8–10 days shipping)
This is the standard timeframe customers should expect from placing an order to delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if the carrier supports tracking for your shipment method).
9) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
