This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and issue reports are handled when you purchase from Firestone Store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1) Overview

We want the process to be straightforward, not a side-quest.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve it.

  • If you simply change your mind, return eligibility depends on the item condition and timing, as described below.


2) Return Window

  • Return Request Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
    Requests submitted after 30 days may be declined.


3) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • Returned with any included accessories or parts

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, washing, damage, alteration, or missing components.


4) Non-Returnable Items (If Applicable)

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product type. These may include:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards (if offered)

  • Any item that is used, washed, or altered

If a product page states special return rules, those rules apply.


5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives with an issue, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem (and packaging if damaged)

Resolution may include:

  • Replacement shipment (when available)

  • Partial refund (in some cases)

  • Full refund (if replacement is not possible)


6) How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund, contact us:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damage/defect/wrong item claims)

We’ll reply with return instructions once approved.


7) Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or shipping damage):

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless required by law or due to our error).

If the return is due to our error:

  • We may provide a replacement at no additional cost, and/or

  • Cover return shipping or offer an alternate resolution depending on the case.


8) Refunds

Once your return is received (if a return is required) and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe).

Refund timing:

  • We initiate refunds promptly after approval.

  • Final posting time depends on PayPal/Stripe and your bank (usually a few business days).


9) Exchanges

We don’t guarantee direct exchanges for every item due to inventory changes.
If you want a different item/size, the simplest approach is usually:

  • Return the original (if eligible), then

  • Place a new order

For defective or incorrect items, we handle replacements as described above.


10) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not entered processing, we may be able to cancel and refund.

  • If the order is already processing or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the request may be treated as a return instead (subject to eligibility).


11) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If something is wrong, contact us first. Chargebacks slow everything down for everyone, including you.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We may pause support until the dispute is resolved through the payment provider.

  • We may provide order and delivery documentation to PayPal/Stripe and your issuer.
