Firestone Store is owned and operated by Airway Avenue Properties Ii, LLC.

This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed on Firestone Store. By placing an order on our website, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees that are clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

A) PayPal

If a chargeback/dispute is filed through your bank, PayPal, or card issuer:

  • The dispute will be handled according to the payment provider’s process and timelines.

  • We may provide order details, proof of purchase, and related information to the payment processor as part of the investigation.

  • Excessive or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service where permitted by law.

8) Fraud Prevention & Order Screening

9) Refunds

Refund processing time depends on the provider:
(1) we initiate the refund, then
(2) PayPal/Stripe and your bank/issuer complete settlement.
